I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my left hip more than a year ago. but the orthopedic surgeon won’t perform the hip replacement surgery than he says i need until i lose 40 pounds, which in my case is almost imposible since i’m in constant pain and exercising is out of the question, much less doing most of the things i used to take for granted like walking, playing catch with my son, just putting my socks and shoes have become a battle of pain and tolerance. Anyone out there suffering like me? any help would be great.
