To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download The middle of the night I am home recovering from breast reconstruction surgery. I can’t move around comfortably even to roll over in bed. Those of us with fibromyalgia know that the night is filled with wakings, tossing and turning, foot moving and pain at some level. I can’t move!! My back is on fire and my feet feel as if they are hooked up to an electric buzzer mechanism. When I try to roll over or shift position the pain at my surgery sites is unbearable. I can’t moan or cry out because I might wake my husband who needs to get up for work soon. It is not in my nature to cry out anyway-suppress is what i do. I want to scream out and I’m sooooo tired. i’m allergic to morphine or anything that works so they sent me home from the hospital with ibuprofen. They aren’t concerned with what i have to say about my fibromyalgia only that the ibuprofen should help my surgery sites. Why isn’t there someone who will treat the whole me that I live with. That’s all. December 2009
